Five Points Services works with clients, project owners and maintainers to gain and understanding the main priorities, goals and timelines, work to create a project plan and documents amenable to all and a time-line for the project scope.   Depending on your goals, we will suggest software to meet your goals and requirements to document your network and/or infrastructure.  We will complete a pilot program that walks an organziation through documentation best practices and create a training program which features the day to day activities of the organizations use of the software.
